Who is eligible to apply?
Trade professionals in the home and outdoor-living industry: interior designers and stylists, landscape designers and architects, outdoor/patio/pool builders, hospitality businesses, real estate developers and property managers. We verify business credentials during review.
How much is the trade discount?
Trade pricing starts at 15% off on approval and scales to 20% and 25%+ as your annual volume grows. Contract and hospitality projects can receive custom quotes. (Percentages shown here are a proposed framework to finalize before launch.)
Is there a minimum order or membership fee?
No. The program is free to join and there's no minimum to access entry-level trade pricing. Higher tiers unlock automatically as your annual spend increases.
How long does approval take?
We aim to review every application within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive your trade discount code and an introduction to your dedicated trade contact.
How do I place trade orders?
Apply your trade code at checkout on palmayard.com, or work directly with your trade manager for quotes, custom pergolas and larger purchase orders. Can I resell online? Trade pricing is for client projects — reselling PalmaYard products online isn't permitted.
Do you offer custom pergolas and spec files?
Yes. We support custom sizes, layouts, wall-mounted or freestanding builds, screens, lighting and outdoor-kitchen integration, and provide spec sheets and dimensioned drawings for your drawings and submittals.
